How quickly can a project start?
After a successful intro call and an agreed concept: usually within two weeks. Faster if the need is urgent.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both are possible and get combined to suit your needs. I work remotely with organisations internationally and am available for on site sessions by arrangement.
Is there a minimum project size?
For adoption to really take hold, it needs regular presence. That is why I work with a minimum commitment of 50% of my capacity over the duration of the project, so roughly two and a half working days per week. Smaller one-off training sessions I look at case by case.
Can I book training at short notice?
Yes, for individual training sessions or workshops with a clear scope, short-term planning works too. Just get in touch.
Which languages can you work in?
I run training and coaching in German or English. I understand Italian, French and Spanish well, but not well enough to lead workshops in them.
What does a typical project look like?
From a two day Copilot kickoff to a three month adoption programme to ongoing support for a champion community. It depends on the size and maturity of the organisation.
